Welcome!

I'm an idealist who sees technology as a tool for businesses and for people. My passion is for
understanding users and creating experiences that improve their lives and help the companies they interact with.
To do this, I draw on experiences from Deloitte Consulting, Professional Associations like CHI and UPA, my
Masters in Human Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University, and work
at Aptima, RSA Security, and currently Brulant.
I've been hooked since the first time I started looking beyond what was possible to what was helpful, beyond how
technology worked to how it could work for people. My job at Brulant allows me
to continue in that quest. At Brulant, I continue to work with amazing clients and improve their customers'
online experiences through User Experience / Interaction Design, Think Aloud Usability Testing and other
evaluation techniques, and everything in between.
Resume should give you a sense of where I come from and where my skills are,
Portfolio should give you some ideas of what I can do, and
Theories has more about the forces that
drive me and some information about Human Computer Interaction and User Centered Design.
