I am passionate about making a difference for my clients and their end-users by utilizing my understanding of user research, best practices, and interaction design to improve user experience.



I've been hooked on usability and user experience since the first time I started looking beyond what was possible to what was helpful. I wanted to better understand end users so that I could create a better experience for them, and help my clients in the process. We all win when our customers are happy.

  • Currently, I am able to utilize my skills at one of the largest interactive agencies in the country, Rosetta in Cleveland, Ohio. I am also a board member of the Northeast Ohio Usability Professionals' Association (NEOUPA).

    I have a masters in Human-Computer Interaction from Carnegie Mellon University and my undergraduate degree in Computer Science from Washington University in St. Louis.
